We're not going to lie. The first time we heard about the Nor'easter cocktail, we immediately headed out to buy some Ginger Beer and shake this up. It's become a staple at Marker Nine creative planning sessions! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Maker’s Mark - gotta be Maker's Mark to make it a MARKer Nine classic!
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- splash of Ginger Beer
Preparation
Combine the bourbon, lime juice and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake 10-12 times. Strain and pour over ice in a rocks glass, or a Tervis, or whatever cup you have handy. Add a splash of ginger beer on top and garnish with lime.
